Refund policy
At Zoe Creation, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, Refund will be initiated only under the following circumstances:
1. If the product delivered to you is defective.
2. Unpacking video is required from the start of opening of the packaged product.
Process for refund:
1. Email us at zoecreation24@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved, send the item to the provided address.
NOTE:
1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
2 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
